Tom Beckett	General	I rode this when Dover Plains was as far as they went, and the third rail only went to North White Plains. Trains were hand me down long distance cars to Brewster, then a battered ex NYC Beeliner(that's an RDC) the rest of the way. It was fun if you didn't have to do it every day!!
